1 Million Cups

May 1 @ 8:00 AM - 9:00 AM

Free

In March, come see:

  • Cindy Gilliund at Go Do. Go Do is designed as a noise-free, easy to use app that promotes events and also includes those businesses that are always there for people to visit for something to do. They target young parents who are looking for a variety of things to do.
  • Dr. Lauren Palmer at Flint Hills Family Chiropractic, LLC, a chiropractic office dedicated to naturally improving aches and pains but also educating their patients on the long term benefits of chiropractic care. They focus on pregnant women, children, and pre-conception health.

On the first Wednesday morning of each month at 8am, one or two early-stage startups present their companies to a diverse audience of their peers, mentors, educators, and advisors.

Each founder presents for 6 minutes, followed by a 20 minute Q&A session with the audience.

Afterward, each startup receives feedback to gain insights on improving their businesses, gather real-time feedback and connect with the Manhattan community.

The culture surrounding 1 Million Cups is that of a supportive, inclusive, neutral space welcoming entrepreneurs to be open and honest about their businesses and the challenges they face.
