Downtown Members: Downtown Business Improvement District (DBID) fees are due to the City by March 1, 2018! If you have questions about your bill, please call (785) 587-2467.

The Downtown Business Improvement District (DBID) was put in place to develop and protect our Downtown and serve the businesses and patrons of Downtown Manhattan. The services the DBID funds go toward include:

Each Downtown business or business space is billed annually for their DBID fee. Downtown businesses and property owners can expect to receive a bill in January. The map of the Downtown district and the breakdown of fees can be found below.
