I want every person who walks into my office to know they are safe, listened to, and embraced for all they are. If changing your life was as simple as thinking positive thoughts and taking a few deep breaths- you’d have done it by now. I say that not to diminish self help books or good intentioned advice from family and friends; but the unique beauty of therapy is setting aside routine time to unpack all that you have held for so long with someone (hi, that’s me) who knows how to help you understand your feelings and find a way forward.
