Program Description:

Meadowlark Cancer Program and the Museum of Art + Light invite you to the inaugural Arts Rx experience, Movement in the Museum, a free evening exploring the connection between movement, creativity, and well-being.

Serving as a preview of Meadowlark Cancer Program’s upcoming Muscle & Mobility health education quarter, Movement in the Museum will use the interactive artwork of contemporary artist Daniel Rozin as inspiration for gentle stretching, mindful breathing, and thoughtful movement.

Designed for a wide range of abilities, the program offers an approachable way to explore how movement and visual art can support overall wellness.

Whether you are living with cancer, in survivorship, caring for someone you love, or simply interested in supporting your health, you will leave with a fresh perspective on the ways creativity, movement, and mindful attention can work together.

Free. Includes access to the museum’s third floor Fine Art Gallery only. For adults 18+. Advance registration required. Capacity is limited to 25 participants.
