FHDC Reflective Nature Hike

Nature is all around us. Discover it with an innovative program as you experience the outdoors in a new and relaxing way. Melanie Nord will teach you how to absorb or take-in nature through meditative practice. Explore this technique at the Discovery Center before trying it in our beautiful downtown neighborhood.
Please wear comfortable shoes, appropriate clothing, and sunscreen as necessary. Please bring a water bottle.
This program is for all ages; youth under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Spots are limited. Pre-registration is required for all participants, including children, by 5 p.m. on Thursday, October 5.
