Welcome to Downtown Manhattan’s most exciting series of community events! On the Third Thursday of each month from May to September, downtown transforms into a street faire and maker’s market.

You’ll want to come to each one as you won’t want to miss activities unique to each date! You won’t want to miss our classic celebrations like the Cake Walk, sidewalk musicians, and variety of maker’s booths. All events are from 5-8pm, outside!
